Graduated in Psychopedagogy from Lusófona University of Porto, he has extensive experience in associations, being a founding member of the SóJovem Association. He has served as president and secretary-general. Between 2009 and 2017, he was President of the Ermesinde Parish Council, an experience that gave him in-depth knowledge of the local community’s needs. Currently, he leads the coordination of the Association’s projects, focusing on social response, inclusion, and community development.

Graduated in Computer Science Engineering from the Faculty of Sciences at the University of Porto, Pedro has a background marked by involvement in the student movement and volunteering. With more than four years of experience organizing events and running youth projects, he is especially dedicated to promoting digital literacy, active citizenship, and STEM skills, fostering equitable access to technology and innovation.

Matilde Dias

Matilde Dias

Youth Worker – Communication and Cultural Dynamics

Graduated in Management from the University of Minho and holds a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing from IPAM, Matilde brings a combination of communication, creativity, and youth facilitation skills. She has participated in several international programs, including an Erasmus+ internship in Malta. With experience in theater and volunteering from a young age, she coordinates cultural and creative expression activities, as well as communication strategies with youth.

Akif Tamer Tombul

Trainer and International Projects Coordinator

An experienced facilitator and trainer, Tamer has participated in more than 25 Erasmus+ projects. He is recognized for using theater and creative drama methods in non-formal education, focusing on themes such as empathy, diversity, bullying prevention, mindfulness, and peer education. He coordinates international projects from application through evaluation, always ensuring participatory and youth-centered methodologies.

Communication and Marketing Technician

With training in Marketing and Communication and experience in sports journalism, Diogo contributes innovative communication strategies to engage and mobilize youth. He has participated in several Erasmus+ projects as a facilitator and coordinator, always betting on creative, interactive, and impactful approaches both online and at in-person events.

Ana Costa

Ana Costa

Social Educator

Graduated in Social Education from the Polytechnic Institute of Porto – School of Education, Ana has worked directly with young people in vulnerable contexts, especially in the areas of disability and inclusion. With experience in volunteering and project coordination at the national level, she brings a focus on participation, empowerment, and citizenship education. She is an experienced facilitator and ensures the pedagogical and social support of the Association’s activities.
